Moist Lamb Burgers !

This delicious burger is moist, succulent and full of flavour, the best part about it is its super easy.

You can make it work indoors or outdoors, oven baked, fried in a pan or on the BBQ all of these still make for a delicious burger.

What you will need:

Good quality lamb mince

2-3 small onions

1/2 bunch of parsley

2 heaped tablespoons of 10 Mix Spice Hararat (

Salt to taste

Chili Powder to taste

1 tablespoon of Italian breadcrumbs


1.Simply blitz your onion and parsley in a food processor

2.Hand mix your mince with your chopped ingredients

3.Add in your spices listed above and add in the breadcrumbs, give it a good mix

4.Divide your mixture roughly into equal balls

5. flatten them into a tray (lined with grease-proof paper) or onto a pan with some hot oil, or straight onto your bbq.

6. Layer up your burger with lettuce, tomatoes, gherkins, red onions and your favourite sauce. (see peri peri mayo recipe for a mayo idea )

We served it with sweet potato wedges this occasion, now all that's left is to enjoy !
