A North African Flavour, can be used in many ways, as a marinade on chicken/ meat, fish or even vegetables.
Makes for a great dip, can be added to Mayonnaise to add some heat, can also be added to warm oil and left to rest fo 3 minutes to make a great chilli oil.
A spicy heat with texture and flavour, our Harissa dry rub blend comes in two subtly different flavours one with a subtle smoky undertone. This spice blend is a HOT spicy dry mix, once oil has been added to this dry mix it is used as a condiment to add flavour and spice to just about anything.
