Our Returns Policy


At GP Spices we  always strive to deliver the best possible quality and service every time. We will of course do all we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. 

Our policy lasts 7 days from the day of delivery. If 7 days have lapsed since you received your purchase and you have not contacted us, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item/s must remain sealed and its contents untouched. The item/s must remain in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging and the item/s will be required to be returned to us for further inspection. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s unless we have sent the incorrect order.

Due to the nature of our products we will only offer to look into a refund claim if the item received is clearly defected or an error has been made on our side, i.e.; we have sent you the incorrect order.

Several types of claims will not be considered for a refund.

  • If you, the consumer have selected the incorrect item and have failed to contact us before the item has been dispatched.

  • If you, the consumer fail to provide us with the correct delivery address and do not notify us before despatch of your order, we will not replace or refund. It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide us with correct information when ordering.

  • If you, the consumer simply change your mind and do not notify us before your order is dispatched.

  • If your order has been damaged while in transit to you, please contact the postal company directly.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
