This recipe is so dear to my heart, all I remember is my mums chocolate cake being loved by anyone and everyone, relatives, friends would request this cake every time !
This one is easy, and delicious so lets get started 🙂

Ingredients:
200g Margarine
250g Caster Sugar
4 Eggs
200g Chopped Hazelnut
250g Plain Flour
200g Dark Chocolate
3 Tbsp Milk
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
Method:

- Using a bundt cake tin, begin by carefully buttering the tin carefully making sure every little bit is covered, set aside.
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and butter for around ten minutes, add in the milk and vanilla
- In a separate bowl grate the chocolate, add in all the hazelnut, sieve in the flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
- Add into the cake batter and mix until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Set aside to cool for a view minutes before flipping onto a plate, then sprinkle on a little Icing sugar or any decoration of your choice.
