Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
Tomato Puree
Pizza Topping of your choice ( a fab way to encourage lots of veggies )
Feta Cheese
Shredded Cheese

Method
- Use your fresh dough (available at most supermarkets, or make your own) place a cereal/ soup bowl in the centre.
- Add some tomato puree to a small bowl, add boiling water and mix thoroughly until you have a pizza like sauce, add some olive oil and a sprinkling of Everything Pasta Spice.
- Now spread on the pizza dough around the bowl
- Add all your toppings
- Finishing with the feta cheese and Cheddar
- Now pick up the bowl in the centre and using a pizza cutter cut a cross and then across creating pizza like triangles.
- starting from the centre pick up each triangle and pull toward the pizza and over the topping sticking it down onto the outer edge, do the same with all your pieces until you achieve a pretty sunshine like pizza.
